| Welll, after several reinstalls using different settings, the problem persists. Did some testing and it appears that there are times the program can not keep up with the cursor movement and I have to stop and backtrack through the fuzz to clear the fuzz away. |

| I have had this problem; also on windows 7 home premium. When moving the cursor to the edge of the screen, sometimes the bottom half of the screen glitches up and flashes. It is only then a matter of stopping the screen, then moving it around some more to clear things up, but an annoying bug nonetheless. |
