Looking to bring the Custom Scenarios up to date

Postby Robjess » Fri Jul 10, 2009 6:42 pm

I know that there has been some posts recently about the latest version of the custom scenarios not being on the Scenarios Download page - Im looking to fix that - if I can.

I dont have the time to search through every thread on the forums to see what the latest versions are.. so Im asking you guys to do this for me (to make my job easier).

If you are a scenario designer and if you know that the version of your scenario on the download page isnt the most recent version - then can you PM me or post here and let me know what the most recent version is and where that version can be found, so that I can update it.

If you arent a scenario designer, but you know of a scenario that has had a more more recent version released that is not found on the official download page, then could you also bring this to my attention; and let me know where the more recent version can be downloaded from. I will then attempt to contact the scenario designer and seek to have the official scenario updated.

So those who have posted about this previously - here is your spot to let me know what needs to be updated.

Hi Rob

Onto Paris Scenario below.

Currently version 2.03 on the download page. Latest versions are:

http://www.ssg.com.au/forums/download.php?id=330 - Original Version 3

http://www.ssg.com.au/forums/download.php?id=547 - Update to Version 3 favouring the Allies

http://www.ssg.com.au/forums/download.php?id=548 - Update to version 3 favouring the Axis

The last two i helped play test with Marty (JSS), hope this help for this scenario. Links are the actual downloads posted in the forums.

And here is the last version (1.02) for Fall Gelb:

http://rapidshare.com/files/252204712/Fall_Gelb_v1.2_update.exe.html

There is no readme.txt so we don't know what changes it brings.

Abwehr has been retouching Last Victory in Russia scenario but i think he's testing the last version.

Yep, but I think it's some way from being ready for general release.

The points for the VH's, interdiction and timed steps need to be tweaked a bit before I could make a general release of my Kharkov 1943 variant. As long as I can't figure out why the timed steps seem to be bugged, I won't officially release the variant.

I'm still playtesting my Fall Gelb variant with critter.

War in Europe for BiI had a v.41 that came out near bottom of this page 7 of the thread - isn't linked on the DL page.
