Warlords 2 Deluxe...

Postby sers » Tue Jun 23, 2009 8:45 am

Hi,
I hope I'm right in here in the forum of ssg. THE ssg, who puplished Warlords 2 abaout 20 years ago...
This may sound a little bit strange, but i'd love to play Warlords 2 Deluxe once again, for the good old times. Is there any way to get it?

I guess no one of the old developers is still alive, not to mention still in the Team
But maybe, if you dig in your archives a little bit?

thanks,
sers

You can get a fair bit of info about the older Warlords games at this website:

http://www.warlorders.com/

Check the forum on how to get them to work. You can usually pick up an original copy of the game via ebay.

Personally I'd love to see a re-release of Warlords III Dark Lords Rising. I burned a large amount of time on Warlords I and II but the AI is razor sharp in DLR and the game has a huge amount of depth to it. Some people still play it online and PBEM. I have enough trouble against Roger's AI.

As to whether the original developers are still alive or not....

cheers Chris

I am delighted to be able to report that developers are older, perhaps even old, but still very much alive! As for the game itself, we won't be getting any money from any source that still has it, so feel free to pick it up wherever you can.
