minen and unit statut

I'm currently in the middle of the design of a long campaign, Tunisia.
historicly during this campaign the German have place number of minen, specialy around Kasserine. Unfortunatly there is no way to place minen during the course of a game. For my scenario, instead I use ground interdiction but it's not as good.
As the full campaign is 6 months (but I have reduce the number of turn to 86) for a design purpose it would have been fine to be able to
- change the status of some unit from alert to normal for example
- to have more than one reserve by nation.
- alocate capture point to different nation at each stage.
