I add the question.

Will there, in the future, a Mac OS X compatibility?

Cheers,

The honest answer to both Linux and Mac/OS is that it's highly unlikely in the foreseeable future, since the likely sales volumes would be so low as to make the port a completely uneconomic proposition.

Thank you for the answer!

I talked today to a friend. He had a very good solution for the MAC OS X System.

He uses the software Parallels ( http://www.parallels.com/en/products/de ... rom=button )

It is an Windows Emulator (Virtual Machine). The games (Battlefront, BiI, BiN and Korsun) running very smooth on it. And another good point is, you can play in Window Mode!

I hope it is an option for somebody!

Cheers,

Another great option for those with an Intel based Mac running Leopard is to use Boot Camp. This way you're able to run Windows and Windows-based apps at native speed.

But first you have to BUY a copy of Windows Vista.

Then install it to you're MAC.

Then install the game.

If you don't like Windows Vista in a beige box then you won't like it in a white box.

I'm not entirely sure what your point is about purchasing Vista. Whether you're purchasing Parallels, Vista or even XP--one or the other is required based on which solution you opt to utilize.

In the end, it's not about about whether you like Vista or not, or if you'll somehow enjoy it more running on a Mac. I was merely offering another viable option for those considering running Windows-based apps on their Mac, where native speed is perhaps more of a consideration over virtualization.

Parallels and Boot Camp are both great solutions, the best option really comes down to individual needs.

Sure! I also don't like to install Windows on my Mac, but I need a few programs, so for me Parallels is the best solution. And Battlefront and the other SSG Games are running without problems in nativ speed with Parallels on my MAC.

Does Parallels come with the MAC or do you install it later?

Parallels is a third party software. You must buy it and install it seperatly. See the link I posted above. You can see on there Homepage also a demo, where they show all the functions.
