I believe that I've probably played the KP Campaign scenario more than anyone else, so, I know that you guys will be playing this one into 2007!

Well, it's certainly a long old game, but I had heard that quite a few games tend to end somewhat prematurely when one side realises they've had it? Is that a fair comment?

All you need is a game in each bracket to go the distance, or close to it, and you're in for a long one! Nothing wrong with that of course... Keep in mind that the Bin MacArthur tourney began around April 2005 and is still not finished. Although there were 32 players in that tourney, the turns only take 5-15 minutes, depending on which side you're playing. A turn of KP Campaign can easily take 1-2 hours, depending on your style of play and how much you pay attention. It will be fun, and rewarding of course, to the person crowned "2007 KP Tourney Champ"!

Not yet had a note from Kingpin, Aberdeen, Superdave, Auslander, Lor11o, Arckon and WaR all of whom expressed an interest when this string first went out - if any of you guys want to play let me know - we need 4-5 more people and then we're ready go go :D

Carl, Jpalacios35 and Kingpin all have good knowledge of this scenario and are very experienced.

You too. Kingpin isn't on the actual list.

Yes but he expressed interest and I think he likes this scenario so he'll probably be entering, I hope so.

Medals? Medals? Who needs Medals  Rob mentioned there was one already created for KP so I'll have to have a route around. Now have around 13 volunteers, plus one person who's willing to join in if we are short. Final few places to go, drop me a PM.

Cheers

Instead, maybe I will challenge the tourney winner ... if I have no better game to play in 2007.

Yes, but that KP medal is boring! We need something with more flavour, (well I do anyway).

That's a bit cheeky - I'm sure no-one ever said the Iron Cross was boring, and that was pretty plain! Surely it's the game that counts. Either way, I don't think you're registered yet are you WaR?

Fantassin, there should be a two fingers up (longbowmen..you remember.. ) emoticon for your statements like that.

Get off your high horse..(no pun intended.. :P ) and join the tournament..

This is tempting but I already explained why I can't. I will not enter any new tournament until I end one I'm currently in.

How about coming up with a "Wacht am Korsun" medal?

Hey Noakesy when full campaign was decided on I decided to give this one a miss. I am 99% sure this is the first tourney I have missed since joining here though.

Thanks for the reply Arckon, guess you'll be agreeing with Stevel's sentiments regarding completing this some time in 2007

Room for two more and then we'll get going.
