We're a man short, Noakesy had to drop out.

So we need one more player to complete the roster. Reserves as Robjess mentioned would be helpful as well.

If you don't get a replacement I'll still play, I'm just a bit worried I might not manage 3 turns/wk, and I don't want to let people down. However, if you don't get another person I'll play and if I am slow then I'll gracefully retire

Ok Gents. Here is the round 1 tournament ladder. Noakesy is back in. DavidB is our first alternate.

I am missing the following information. Once received we will start.

I need Falco and Tempest's email addresses.
I also need Falco and Joel137's profiles.

Looks like we have a heavyweight battle in the 1st round with Cpt. Feathersword vs recently crowned Husky champ, Stormcrow.

I would say Tempest and JSS enter as tournament favourites.

And its good to see a bunch of new blood as well.

All games have been issued with the exception of 3 pairings due to the missing information listed above.

Please send this info ASAP through a PM or email.

Kingpin,

I think, that to get any help you need to say whether the games are secure (and so on)

The games are secure. I am not looking for help from the board. I'll speak with Robjess 'behind the scenes'.

I just wanted to let everyone know I am aware of the problem.

Hi guys... we seem to be having a problem with some of the Tournament File making routines.. I am checking these with Roger.

In the mean time, ignore the PBEM files that have been issued thus far - and we will reissue new ones shortly.

Issue has been logged with Roger.. it appears to relate to the Tournament Routines.. all PBEM games issued are invalid. Please do not play them - just delete them.

Stay turned.

I've had a few emails inquiring as to whether Robjess' messages were posted after my emails to you.

The answer is yes. Please delete both game files you have received from me.

As was mentioned, Roger is working on correcting the problem.

I haven't heard anything yet. I am not directly involved in correctly the problem as I know nothing about programming.
