Dusting off BII

Postby flick » Sun Jun 29, 2014 7:12 am

Hi guys

I've a new laptop and I fancy re-playing some of the great user scenarios. However, I assuming that some of the scenario updates links are out of date? Is there any way I can get my mittens on some of these via pm or link? Appreciate the help guys!

PS It would probably help if I mention which scenarios I was talking about..I was thinking mainly Fall Gelb and Typhoon.

I'm not sure about Typhoon. There's at least 1 tournament version of On to Moscow, a smaller scenario with the initial advance to Vitebsk, but I'm not sure if there are patches for Typhoon. I've only played On to Moscow, which is essentially the extended and somewhat improved in terms of unit mobility version of Typhoon.

Fall Gelb's last official version is 1.2, I can send that to you if you don't have it.

Ah, I missed on to moscow, cheers for the reminder. It has AI?
And I'd really appreciate all the updates to Fall Gelb.
Cheers.

OTM has an AI, but don't expect too much of it due to the size of the scenario.

PM me your e-mail address (not sure if I have it) and I'll send you the Fall Gelb updates (they're only 2-3 MB, mostly minor fixes).

I've recently created (another) custom version, with the Maginot Line and Army Group C removed/turned into an unplayable area (because that part of the scenario never worked well) as well as some other changes. I'm currently testing it in PBEM.

I would also like the Fall Geib files if you don't mind too much.
I had it before by my hard drive seems to have been hit by a double dice roll so I lost it.
That Fall Geib is a monstrously huge scenario from what I remember.
