The Adrenness Offensive is where it all began! This battle was the first released of the "Decisive Battles" series released by SSG and has seen a few updates over the years; TAO2 as a free download, and TAO3 as part of the Korsun Pocket Package.
It appears that TAO, a favourite of many Run5 regulars, will receive another update and will be included as a bonus scenario (TAO4!) as part of the forthcoming Battles In Normandy. For a sneak peak at the new update TAO4 - see this thread on the discussion forums.
