Boasting new features as well as bug fixes, the US patch is now available for download via the Matrix Games website.
Note that if you are currently in the middle of a v1.00 PBEM game, you will need to finish the game first before upgrading, as the v1.00 PBEM game files will not load once you have upgraded to version 1.10.

I've applied the patch and any attempt to start KP now yields an error msg :
This program cannot run with the original CD in the drive.
The original CD *is* in the drive. What gives?

being a .se email address I would assume you have the European version, and it may be that the copy protection system differs between versions, hence the message.
I would suggest trying the Eurpoean patch when it is released and contact matrix games if pain persists.
